MJM Releases Veteran Recording Artist Bruce Hibbard CD's in Japan

(Los Angeles)-Working closely with its Japanese label partner Cool Sound, MJM Entertainment has secured the Japanese rights to two of pioneering Southern California pop artist Bruce Hibbard's albums, Never Turning Back and A Light Within. Both Cool Sound president Toshi Nakada and MJM's Mark Joseph have been long-time fans of Hibbard and wanted these two albums to serve as the debut release for the newly formed MJM/Cool Sound label in Japan.

"I first heard Never Turning Back when I was in the 7th grade," laughed Joseph. "It's been a long time favorite of mine and I'm thrilled about the opportunity to bring this CD out to the Japanese fans."

"I'm honored to help release Bruce's records," added Cool Sound's Nakada. "It's been a long time dream of mine and we hope the record does well."

Hibbard hasn't recorded in the US market for years, but has nearly completed work on a new album which may be released in the future in Japan as well. Though his records were never released in Japan, Hibbard has built a following there through import sales of his previous work.
